SETTING THE RECORD STRAIGHT!

You may want to check the blog site of Judy Kay-Wolff captioned “DISGUSTING ‘OLD HAT” where I have responded very candidly to numerous comments about earlier long-buried cheating issues feared by others to be discussed. They have been presented in installments and I will be posting Installment 4 sometime today.

I also enjoyed Cam French’s article too..nice work by both of you and keep up the good words….Thank you Bobby
Hi Bobby
I wanted you to know that while I am not a top level player, I love the game as much as anyone.
I truly appreciate you coming out with the discussion on cheating. It is not about proving that the Blue Team cheated beyond the shadow of a doubt. There will always be shadows of doubt.
Your description the several couples who were caught through the recorder effort shows how this works. Some confess, some don’t. One cannot make them confess. Gabriel Chagas got it right. Ridicule will push the cheaters out. They have to be exposed. Let them defend themselves. They are alive and can.
Do not mind the people who are coming out in defense of the cheaters. They are naturally
smart people who are skeptical at anything.
They just miss the point. Bobby, the truth of the matter is that there are cheaters and liars at large, not only in bridge, but in equal proportions in all aspects of life and work.
Look at the use of steroids in baseball and in other sports. Look at the game tanking in tennis by top players. Look at basketball and soccer players and refs who are in the pocket of boookmakers.
I had employees who stole money well into the 5 figures, until I realized it was my problem.
So I put the blame on the people who control the game, and who have the power to do something.
Bobby, please continue doing what you do, but do not sweat too much!!!
Yours truly,
Peter Peng
